Conventional Shows

While one can argue that Rhythm in Shoes never puts on a conventional show, here's a venue that allows us to drive the truck inside for load in!!

In the Bakersfield Convention Center auditorium we have a 2000+ seat house for a school show today and a concert tonight.

From the audience perspective you would never know. And the wings are huge and the dressing rooms large and well-furnished.

Just to give you an idea...here's the view from upstage during questions and answers at the school show.

After every school show, you'll find the Shoes reaching for their favorite coffee travel mug. This is only a partial selection of the entire collection. Note the "As Seen on TV" mug that I presented to Sharon from the store in Santa Barbara. And don't miss the basketball markings on the dance floor here.

Never to be labled conventional, Ben shows how to "shake your booty" during "Abel and Cain" run-thru that occurs right before each show. The run-thru not only gets voices in tune, but also serves as a bonding moment before each show.
