What an emotional range
I experience today, November 5. First, agony, from being sardine-squeezed in MD 80 jets for 6 hours and then, joy, upon walking down the Portland jetway to see three Shoe members waiting to pick me up and whisk me to my spacious room at the Ferryman's Inn in Vancouver, WA.
At baggage claim, we checked out the display that depicted Oregon countryside without the ensuing precipitation. It looks like a window, but we are actually underground. And in a construction zone (they're working on airport improvements...but my bag arrives and we're into the"ghetto" van and headed up the road....
The highway sign is a prediction of what lies ahead...first a stop at the motel in Vancouver and then a show in Camas

Meanwhile, I decide to visit the shrine of "control" in the Good-Leahy room. They are in great spirits...they've been working really hard on the photos and text for the "Virtual Tour" all across the Dakotas, Montana and Washington State. But there's a show tonight, so no dallying about....
